- All orders are crafted on demand and dispatched from our facility in Pakistan.
- Please ensure you provide a contact number with your shipping address for courier purposes.
- Standard-size orders are processed and shipped within 8-10 business days after confirmation.
- Custom and made-to-measure orders require 10-12 days for production and shipping.
- We are offering Free Shipping Worldwide but for rush order/DHL delivery you need to pay $50
- Delivery times range for Slandered Delivery 8 to 12 business days (depending on the destination). For DHL Delivery 3-5 business days.
- Import duties or customs taxes may apply based on your location , we are not responsible for it these are beyond our control.
Return Policy
For a return or replace an item, here are the guidelines:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.
The item must be in its original condition as received—unworn, unused, with ags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
Custom-made and altered items cannot be returned.
Size exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to shipping charges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can address the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for items that are defective or damaged. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
